Our approach is to offer a ”one-stop shopping” opportunity for the technical management and maintenance of these systems. We configure, setup, install, and maintain servers that provide web, email, and database services. Our maintenance of these devices includes facility considerations, backup and recovery procedures, equipment replacement, networking control, security and even anti-virus maintenance. 2Plus2 provides the first level of support for these managed hosting servers and will implement corrective procedures including component repair and replacement as needed. These services are available for Windows, Linux, and UNIX-based servers.
