Develop diagrammatic representations of major business functions (scenarios) for each functional area. For each step, indicate the input/process/output. This level of workflow analysis and documentation serves to confirm an understanding of processes supported by targeted new application, identify common/shared features and data stores across functional areas, and deepen the understanding of the desired application features.
