Cathy Dew, President
With 15 years of information systems design and development, Cathy’s expertise is in analysis, information organization, and interaction design. An architect, artist, and problem solver, Cathy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture and Master of Science in Computer Information Systems, from the University of Florida. As President of 2Plus2 Partners, Cathy focuses the company on three strategic service lines – information design, business analysis, and presentation design. Building on recent success with clients such as Univ. of California Berkeley, Port of Los Angeles, and Dreyer’s Grand Ice Cream, Cathy personally heads up analytic design and consulting services for 2Plus2 Partners.
Anthony Baratta, Chief Technology Officer
Anthony brings 15 years of computer experience from network design, integration and administration to Windows and Internet programming. He prides himself on understanding how the myriad parts of the Internet work together. For 2Plus2, stitching these parts together into a complete client solution is Anthony’s focus. In his spare time, Anthony helps manage the largest Star Wars Fan site on the Internet as well as teach his kids the finer points of table-top war gaming.

Sally Dew, Creative Director
With more than 15 years experience in graphic design and typography, Sally’s strength is in the details. Providing creative direction for all projects and keeping the team on track is what she does best. With a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism, her attention to message and media guarantees expressive and compelling design. Her drive for perfection and reverence for artistic expression lend sophistication and beauty to every project. Many of her designs have won national and international awards and have been published in Print and Graphis magazines.
Ruth Schleifer, Business Analyst
Drawing from years of experience and passion for her work, Ruth is a remarkable account manager and team leader. She takes the time to understand every client's objectives and insightfully leads her design team to each project's completion and each client’s satisfaction. Being on hand to ensure a smooth and successful implementation process is just one of Ruth’s many strengths. Following up with expert training and support is another.
Jody Cox, Web Developer
Jody’s training and strong production skills make her an invaluable member of our team. Quickly shifting gears – from conceptualization to programming – Jody makes things work. She has the diligence and expertise to ensure that the designs perform on the target platform using the required interfaces. She is steady and focused and thrives on being part of a dedicated team.
Allyn Beth Brown, Web/Graphic Designer
Beth brings a fresh perspective to our team. A recent graduate from the Art Institute of California, San Francisco, Beth’s focus is on digital design and illustration. With strong production skills, Beth provides support in all phases of the production cycle. From HTML and Flash development to scanning and graphic file preparation, Beth fills in the gaps on every project.
Marc Grobman, Flash Developer
From project management to interface design and development, Marc is hands-on on every level. Adept in storytelling, programming code, and illustration and animation techniques, Marc's digital design brings every piece to a higher level of excellence. He also enjoys flexing his technical muscles working with the user interface design and the back-end programming that makes our designs work. He works with a broad range of assets as part of our Flash projects, including HD video.
Beth LaDove, Director/Writer/Producer
An accomplished creative professional with more than 20 years of experience, Beth is a writer, producer, filmmaker, and creative director in film, television, Internet, and print media. She is a disciplined producer and seasoned leader with the demonstrated ability to hire, inspire, and manage teams to deliver quality results. Her experience includes creating original content as well as adapting or licensing existing content. Beth excels at guiding the collaborative conceptual process from the birth of an idea to successful completion.
Chris Mayer, Developer
Chris Mayer has more than 13 years of experience in I.T. and application development to Fortune 500 companies, small businesses, and non-profit organizations. Chris’ professional abilities include project management, system requirements planning, and security evaluations. His technical experience comprises web and Windows application development, back-end system administration, and network design. He holds a BS in Business Administration and Marketing from St. Mary's College of California.
